Alhamdulillah
Alhamdulillah, God is Great!. I'm only disappointed with Tuan Guru Dato Dr. Harun Din failure to claim the P3 Arau seat. Other than that I'm interested of seeing how Dato Seri Khir Toyo will continue his political journey as Ketua Pembangkang Dun Selangor,a role assumed by Dato Hassan Ali back in 99 - 04 . :) .

Hmm.. I remember he said he will ensure that Selangor is going to have "Pembangkang Sifar" in this election. But now he is sitting at pembangkang's bench!

[i]Khir was also adamant not to back down despite opposition criticism on his statement that no state fund would be given to opposition state representatives.
“Why should we? Look at Kelantan. No allocation was given to the opposition (BN) there and we will do exactly the same,” he said.
Asked if he thought it was unethical to do so, Khir did not reply but said that “just like what PAS is doing in Kelantan, we will only prioritise state representatives who are BN members.”
Khir’s statement, issued yesterday and was reported in the English newspaper the Star, caused an uproar among opposition members with many of them calling on voters to ‘oust’ the BN party from Selangor.[/i]
Who is having the last laugh now? hahahaha
if you look at his lost, it was only by 300 majority (if i am not mistaken) and there are around 586 spoiled votes. mmmm maybe if PAS teach their supporters how to cross the 'X's, maybe Haron Din might have won Arau.....
On Khir Toyo, I have nothing against the man, but people on the ground feels he is too snobbish for a CM. remember his 'broom' award? that was really stupid.
